CORCA—the Combating Organized Retail Crime Act—uses the pretense of fighting retail theft to drastically expand the surveillance power of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and ICE. 

In reality, it hands them new authority to collect and share your personal data, with few guardrails on how that information is used.

We've watched what these agencies do with the power they already have. We don't need to find out what they do with more.
