Dogs are being forced to fight to the death in basements, barns, backyards, and hidden locations across the United States. They are beaten, starved, drugged, and trained to attack before being thrown into violent fights for profit and entertainment. Many die in agony. Survivors are often executed, abandoned, or left to suffer untreated injuries. Dogfighting is a felony in all 50 states, yet it continues because enforcement is inconsistent, penalties are weak, and organized criminal networks operate with little fear of real consequences. The U.S. Government must act. Sign the petition to call on federal and state authorities to prioritize dogfighting investigations and prosecutions.
