Demand that Congress Legalize Marijuana & Pass the MORE Act

We need the Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment, and Expungement (MORE) Act which was recently introduced in the House. This vital bill would end federal criminal penalties for marijuana once and for all by removing (“descheduling”) marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

Your support of the MORE act shows that you believe in its ability to  begin to repair the harms caused by marijuana criminalization that have blocked access to jobs, housing, and food assistance; help ensure a fair playing field so small businesses and people with marijuana convictions can participate in the industry; lift barriers to research; allow veterans to access medical marijuana; and so much more. 

The MORE Act is a critical part of legalizing marijuana at the federal level for good, repairing the harms of prohibition, and building an industry that benefits all Americans.

The House passed the MORE Act just a few years ago and they must do it again today.
