Free Peaceful Protester: Leqaa Kordia

Leqaa Kordia is a 32-year-old Muslim Palestinian woman who was in the process of securing legal residency, when during a voluntary meeting with immigration officials, she was detained for having participated in several peaceful protests advocating against Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

She has already lost approximately 175 family members in Gaza since the genocide began, and now she sits in an ICE facility with a documented history of human rights violations, far from her home, attorney, and family. She has been there since spring 2025.
