Stop AAPI Hate

Keep ICE Out of Schools

Ever since Trump reversed policy that prevented ICE from raiding “sensitive locations,” people have been living in fear, hiding in their homes, and cutting themselves off from receiving essential services.

Parents are keeping their kids from attending school. Families are not receiving essential medical care. And places of worship are even advising members to not attend service.

Withdrawing the “sensitive locations” policy is already putting our community at risk. Schools across the country are reporting a drop in student attendance as parents fear for their children’s safety; hospitals report that waiting rooms are emptying out; churches and temples are training their staff on what to do if ICE demands to enter their sacred spaces;

Trump’s attack on “sensitive locations” is part of a bigger plan to terrorize AAPI and other immigrant communities. By attacking our schools, hospitals, and places of worship, he is trying to deny us safety, security, and belonging.

As our kids go back to school in the fall, join us and demand Congress to take action now by passing the Protect Sensitive Locations Act to restore the long-standing policy that protects our children and communities
