The Supreme Court has decided to allow the Trump administration to enforce their discriminatory passport policy.

That means, for the first time in decades, Americans are no longer allowed to change the gender marker on their passport to reflect who they are. This hateful policy is an attack on our safety, mobility, and freedom.

It also means we can no longer help trans and gender-nonconforming people get gender-affirming passports, something we’ve been doing with your support for years through our Passport Clinics.

But when safety gets stripped away, we step up.
