Man Encouraged Dogs to Kill Young Coyote

California Fish and Wildlife is currently investigating a horrific case of animal cruelty involving two dogs who were encouraged to rip apart a young coyote near San Bernardino, California.

The suspect uploaded a video of the incident, showing two dogs violently attacking a young coyote, who is powerless to defend himself as the dogs inflict severe injuries.
