Prosecute Elon Musk for Election Bribery

Wisconsin election officials found probable cause that Elon Musk violated the state’s election bribery law. Now the Brown County district attorney must decide whether to hold him accountable.

The complaints stem from Musk’s $1 million payments to voters during Wisconsin’s high-stakes Supreme Court race. Election laws exist for a reason: no billionaire should be allowed to use personal fortune and political spectacle to distort democracy, influence voters, or send the message that elections are for sale.

Brown County District Attorney David Lasee now has the power to investigate and prosecute if the evidence supports criminal charges. This cannot be brushed aside just because Musk is one of the richest and most powerful people in the world.

Tell Brown County District Attorney David Lasee: fully investigate Elon Musk and prosecute him if the evidence shows he violated Wisconsin’s election bribery law.

Wisconsin voters deserve elections decided by the people, not by billionaire giveaways. When someone with enormous wealth uses money to shape political outcomes, it threatens public trust in every ballot, every campaign, and every future election.

If prosecutors decline to act without a serious, transparent review, it will send a dangerous message that the ultra-rich can test the limits of election law and walk away untouched.

Public pressure matters now because prosecutors need to know voters are watching. Accountability cannot depend on wealth, fame, or political influence. The law must be enforced fairly.

Add your name now and demand that Brown County District Attorney David Lasee treat these complaints with the seriousness they deserve.
