Stand down federal law enforcement and the National Guard

DC is home to 700,000 residents but they don’t have a single voting member in Congress. Meaning, there is no one to advocate on their behalf – so your support is needed.

President Trump declared that he’s taking over the Metropolitan D.C. police and sending the National Guard into the city, but his claims that there is “rising violence in the capital” are false. In fact, violent offenses fell after reaching highs in 2023 but in 2024, they hit their lowest levels in 30 years.

Take action by telling your member of Congress to do everything in their power to stand down federal law enforcement, stand down the National Guard, and stop the redirection of DC’s local police department.
