Tell Congress: Don't Let Trump Start War With Cuba

First, it was Venezuela. Then Iran. We can’t let Trump start a war with our Cuban neighbors next.

Trump just declared that Cuba’s government is “going to fall pretty soon.” His administration is already exploring criminal charges against Cuban leaders and openly discussing regime change. And we could all pay the price.

History shows that threats of regime change and aggressive U.S. intervention in Cuba can quickly spiral into crisis. The island sits just 90 miles from our shores, and reckless escalation could put millions of people at risk while destabilizing the entire Caribbean. Congress can’t let that happen.

Tell Congress: “Don’t let Donald Trump start a war with Cuba. Block any military escalation and demand diplomacy instead of regime change.”

For more than 60 years, confrontation with Cuba has failed. Embargoes, covert operations, and political threats have not brought freedom or stability. Instead, they have deepened suffering for ordinary Cubans while keeping both countries locked in hostility.

Now Trump appears ready to push even further — raising fears that the United States could stumble into another unnecessary foreign conflict.

Congress has the power — and the responsibility — to stop this before it escalates. Lawmakers can demand oversight, block funding for unauthorized military action, and insist that diplomacy guide U.S. policy instead of reckless regime-change fantasies.

Add your name now and demand Congress stop dangerous escalation with Cuba before it leads to another catastrophic conflict.

The petition to Congress reads: “Don’t let Donald Trump start a war with Cuba. Block any military escalation and demand diplomacy instead of regime change.”
