Tell Congress: No War With Venezuela

Trump just destroyed a Venezuelan boat and sent U.S. warships to their coast. If Congress doesn’t act now, we could be at war any day.

This has nothing to do with “fighting cartels.” It’s a smokescreen for regime change. Trump is escalating tensions with a sovereign country to score political points and flex U.S. power in Latin America. It’s dangerous, dishonest, and utterly reckless.

We’ve seen this playbook before—Iraq, Libya, Syria. Endless war. Dead civilians. Billions wasted. And once again, the people paying the price won’t be politicians or defense contractors—it’ll be working-class families here and innocent people abroad.

Tell Congress: “No war with Venezuela. Protect Congress authority over declaration of war and work to deescalate the conflict before it’s too late.”

There is still time to stop this. Congress has the power to block unauthorized military action and prevent this war before it starts. They must act immediately—no waiting, no excuses.

President Trump is trying to provoke a conflict that could ignite the entire region. But war is not inevitable—unless we stay silent.

Sign now to demand Congress do its job: Stop Trump’s war before another shot is fired. No war with Venezuela. Not now, not ever.

The petition to Congress reads: “No war with Venezuela. Protect Congress authority over declaration of war and work to deescalate the conflict before it’s too late.”
