The Trump administration's EPA is trying to reverse the endangerment finding—the legal foundation that requires them to protect us from carbon pollution and climate change. 

This 2009 finding has been the bedrock of climate protections for 16 years, legally requiring the EPA to regulate carbon dioxide, methane, and other climate pollutants that fuel wildfires, deadly heat waves, and catastrophic flooding. Without it, the EPA could eliminate clean car standards that have cut harmful emissions for over a decade.
